耳部全息铜砭刮痧、中药热奄包在脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 回顾性分析耳部全息铜砭刮痧、中药热奄包在脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者中的应用效果。方法 收集2023年3月至2024年3月收治的76例泉州市中医院脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组、对照组,各38例,对照组给予中药热奄包,观察组在对照组基础上进行耳部全息铜砭刮痧。对比两组肩手损伤程度、上肢运动功能、疼痛程度、肿胀程度、日常生活能力。结果 干预后,观察组肩手损伤程度评分、疼痛程度评分、肿胀程度评分均低于对照组,上肢运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 耳部全息铜砭刮痧、中药热奄包能减轻脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者肩手损伤程度、肿胀程度、疼痛程度,改善上肢运动功能,提高日常生活能力。Objective To retrospectively analyze the effects of ear holography Tongbian Gua Sha and Rebao in patients with shoulder and hand syndrome stage I after stroke.Methods From March 2023 to March 2024,76 patients with stage I shoulder and hand syndrome after stroke in Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given Reaobao,and the observation group received ear hologram copper biping therapy on the basis of the control group.The degree of shoulder and hand injury,upper limb motor function,pain degree,swelling degree and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of the degree of shoulder and hand injury,pain and swelling in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of upper limb motor function and daily living ability were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Ear hologram Tongbian Gua Sha and Chinese herbal medicine Rebao can reduce the degree of shoulder and hand injury,swelling and pain,improve the upper limb motor function and improve the ability of daily living in patients with shoulder and hand syndrome stage I after stroke.
