摘　　要：目的 探究胃癌根治术患者进行围手术期护理时应用心理-营养-体能系统化康复干预模式的价值。方法 选择福建省南平市第一医院2023年1月至2023年12月84例胃癌根治术患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组、研究组,各42例,分别接受常规护理、心理-营养-体能系统化康复干预模式。比较术后首次排气、排便、肠鸣音恢复时间,血红蛋白、前白蛋白水平,焦虑及抑郁情绪,生活质量。结果 研究组比对照组术后首次排气、排便、肠鸣音恢复时间短(P <0.05)。研究组护理干预后血红蛋白、前白蛋白水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。相比于对照组,护理干预后研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表得分均更低(P <0.05)。研究组护理干预后简明健康调查问卷得分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 心理-营养-体能系统化康复干预模式应用于胃癌根治术患者围手术期中可以缩短术后恢复时间,提高营养水平。同时可以缓解负性情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the value of applying psychological,nutritional and physical systematic rehabilitation intervention mode in perioperative nursing for patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 84 patients with radical gastrectomy were selected from the First Hospital of Nanping City,Fujian Province from January 2023 to December 2023,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.They received routine nursing and systematic rehabilitation intervention mode of psychological,nutritional and physical fitness,respectively.The first postoperative exhaust,defecation,bowel sound recovery time,hemoglobin and prealbumin levels,anxiety and depression,quality of life were compared.Results The recovery time of the first postoperative exhaust,defecation and bowel sound in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin and prealbumin in the study group were higher than those in the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower in the study group after nursing intervention(P<0.05).The score of the concise health questionnaire after nursing intervention in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psycho-nutrition-physical systematic rehabilitation intervention mode in the perioperative period of patients with radical gastrectomy can shorten the postoperative recovery time and improve the nutritional level.At the same time,it can relieve negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
