摘　　要：针对现有养老设施公共空间未能满足老年人多样化交往需求的现状,从老年人身体机能及心理展开分析,并总结现有养老设施存在的问题,提出养老设施适应性设计策略并展开具体设计研讨,提出更加科学合理的优化策略和方案。从而更加精准地把握老年群体的切实需求,提升养老设施的服务与设计质量。Currently,the public spaces in pension facilities cannot satisfy the diverse communication needs of the elderly.The paper analyzes both the physical and psychological aspects of the elderly,summarizes the existing problems of the elderly care facilities,and proposes the adaptive design strategies for the elderly care facilities,and then discusses the specific design,and puts forward more scientific and reasonable optimization strategies and schemes.It aims to accurately grasp the actual needs of the elderly,and to improve the service and design quality of the elderly care facilities.
