喹硫平与锂盐联合治疗躁郁症急性期的效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的 探究与分析喹硫平与锂盐联合治疗躁郁症急性期的效果。方法 选取2021年1月~2024年1月在本院接受治疗的120例躁郁症急性期患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组各60例,观察组采取喹硫平联合锂盐治疗,对照组采取单独锂盐治疗,两组均治疗持续8周。对比两组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗后2周、4周、8周的杨氏躁狂状态评定量表(YMRS)、蒙哥马利抑郁评定量表(MADRS)评分,同时对比两组不良反应发生率。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果 观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2周、4周、8周时观察组的YMRS评分及MADRS评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 喹硫平与锂盐联合治疗在缓解躁郁症急性期症状方面显示出更显著的疗效,患者躁狂症状和抑郁症状得到改善,同时具有良好的安全性。Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy of quetiapine combined with lithium salt in the treatment of acute phase of bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute bipolar disorder treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with quetiapine combined with lithium salt,and the control group was treated with lithium salt alone.The treatment lasted for 8 weeks in both groups.The clinical efficacy,scores of Young mania rating scale(YMRS)and Montgomery-Asberg depression rating scale(MADRS)before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.T test was used for normal measurement data and x^(2) test was used for counting data.Results The efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).At 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the YMRS and MADRS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of quetiapine and lithium showed a more significant effect in alleviating the symptoms of acute phase of bipolar disorder,and the symptoms of mania and depression were improved,and it had a good safety.
