基层医院护士心理弹性、工作满意度与职业倦怠的关系研究

摘　　要：目的 调查本院100例护士人员心理弹性、工作满意度、职业倦怠现状并分析其相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2023年1月~2023年12月在本院工作的100例护理人员为研究对象,利用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表、工作满意度量表、职业倦怠量表进行调查。比较量表调查结果差异,分析心理弹性、工作满意度与职业倦怠的相关性。结果 100例护理人员心理弹性为107.36±10.34分、工作满意度为103.54±8.67分、职业倦怠为54.67±3.64分。职业倦怠中情绪衰竭、去人格化、低个人成就感均与心理弹性、工作满意度呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论 医疗机构应重视护理人员的心理弹性,并通过提升工作满意度来减轻职业倦怠,以促进其持续发展与健康工作。Objective Conduct a survey on the resilience,job satisfaction,and occupational burnout status of 100 nursing staff in our hospital and analyze the correlation.Methods Using convenient sampling method,100 nurses who worked in the hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as research objects,using general data survey tables,Connor-Davidson resilience scale,Minnesota satisfaction short-form questionnaire,and Maslach burnout inventory-general survey.The results of the survey of comparison tables are different,and the correlation between resilience,work satisfaction and occupational burnout.Results 100 nursing staff had a resilience score of 107.36±10.34,job satisfaction score of 103.54±8.67,and occupational burnout score of 54.67±3.64.Emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low personal achievement in occupational burnout are all negatively correlated with resilience and job satisfaction(P<0.001).Conclusion The medical institutions should pay attention to the resilience of the nursing staff,and reduce professional burnout by improving the satisfaction of work to promote its sustainable development and health work.
