摘  要:目的 通过电子与纸质两种不同阅读介质,探究同一个体的两种长时记忆效果是否存在差异,若有差异则初步分析其机制。方法 于2023年9月23日~2023年10月22日,纳入36名四川省泸州市身体健康、作息稳定且经瑞文智力测试国际标准60题、蒙特利尔认知评估量表测试合格的高中学历以上的成年人,在连续两天相同时间段,使用近红外脑功能成像装置(型号NirSmartII-3 000A)的同时让受试者记忆不同阅读介质上的同等数量和难度的汉语词汇,分别对受试者的两种回忆结果进行评分,同时对采集到的数据进行脑激活水平分析。结果 对符合纳入和排除标准的36位受试者的36组记忆效果评分进行SPSS配对t检验分析,纸质与电子记忆效果成对样本相关系数0.617,成对样本检验均值为0.722,标准差为4.989,均值的标准误为0.832,二者t值均小于相应界值,P>0.05;对采集到的静息态数据使用NirSpark进行处理后使用配对Wilcox符号秩和检验分析,纸质组与电子组36组数据48个通道的P值为0.093;对采集到的记忆态数据使用NirSpark进行处理后使用配对t检验分析,36组数据48个通道的成对样本检验均值、标准差、均值的标准误的t值均大于相应界值,P<0.05。结论 尚不能说明电子与纸质两种不同阅读介质对同一个体长时记忆影响存在显著差异。Objective to explore whether there is a difference between the two long-term memory effects of the same individual by reading electronic and paper media,and to analyze its mechanism if there is any difference.Methods From September 23,2023 to October 22,2023,36 adults with a high school education or above who are healthy,have stable work and rest in Luzhou City,Sichuan Province,and have passed the Raven international standard for intelligence testing of 60 questions and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale test were included.The subjects were asked to memorize the same number and difficulty of Chinese words on different reading media while using the near infrared brain functional imaging device(model NirSmartII-3000A)at the same time for two consecutive days.The two kinds of recall results of the subjects were scored respectively,and the brain activation level of the collected data was analyzed.Results SPSS paired t test was used to analyze the memory effect scores of 36 subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The correlation coefficient between paper and electronic memory was 0.617,the mean value of paired sample test was 0.722,the standard deviation was 4.989,and the standard error of mean was 0.832,both t values were less than the corresponding cutoff value,P>0.05;the collected resting state data were processed with NirSpark and analyzed using the paired Wilcox signed rank sum test.The P value of the 48 channels of the 36 groups of data in the paper group and the electronic group was 0.093;the collected memory data were processed with NirSpark and analyzed using the paired t-test.The t values of the mean,standard deviation,and standard error of the mean of the 48 channels of the 36 groups of data were all greater than the corresponding margin,P<0.05.Conclusion it can not be proved that there are significant differences in the effects of electronic and paper reading media on the long-term memory of the same individual.
