认知功能训练结合运动疗法对脑血管疾病所致精神障碍患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨认知功能训练结合运动疗法对脑血管疾病所致精神障碍患者的影响。方法 选择2023年3月~2024年2月本院收治的脑血管疾病所致精神障碍患者72例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组实施认知功能训练,研究组在此基础上结合运动疗法干预。对比两组干预前后认知功能、心理状态、肢体功能与社会功能情况。正态计量资料采用t检验。结果 干预后,研究组认知功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组正性情绪评分显著高于对照组,负性情绪评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肢体功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组社会功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 认知功能训练结合运动疗法可明显改善脑血管疾病所致精神障碍患者认知功能及心理状态,促进肢体功能恢复,提升社会功能。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive function training combined with exercise therapy on patients with mental disorders caused by cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 72 patients with mental disorders caused by cerebrovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into two groups of 36 each using a random number table method.The control group received cognitive function training,while the study group combined exercise therapy intervention on this basis.Compare the cognitive function,psychological state,physical function,and social function between two groups before and after intervention.Normal metrological data is analyzed using t-test.Results After intervention,the cognitive function score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the positive emotion score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the negative emotion score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the limb function score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the social function score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive function training combined with exercise therapy can be effective significantly improve the cognitive function and psychological state of patients with mental disorders caused by cerebrovascular diseases,promote the recovery of limb function,and enhance social function.
