社交游戏综合训练联合体育运动在孤独症患儿中的康复效果

摘　　要：目的 探究社交游戏综合训练与体育运动相结合的方法在孤独症患儿康复过程中的实际应用效果。方法 选取2022年8月~2024年2月期间于本院确诊的82例孤独症患儿,采用双盲法将其分为两组。对照组(n=41)接受常规康复训练,观察组(n=41)则增加社交游戏综合训练与体育运动的联合干预,干预周期1年,对比干预前后两组患儿的治疗效果、病情程度、行为能力和生存质量情况。结果 干预1年后治疗效果比较,两组患儿的孤独症治疗评定量表(ATEC)中的语言沟通、社交能力、感知/认知能力和健康/生理/行为评分均下降,观察组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。临床总体印象量表-病情严重程度分量表(CGI-S)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分在干预6个月和干预1年后均下降,观察组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。干预1年后,孤独症儿童行为量表(ABC)评分中,患儿的感觉、交往、躯体和物体使用、语言、社会生活自理评分均显著下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);患儿的儿童生命质量测定量表(PedsQL)评分均明显升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 社交游戏综合训练联合体育运动在孤独症患儿的康复过程中具有显著的积极作用,有效缓解患儿的核心症状,提升社交沟通能力,提高生存质量,促进心理发展与行为调控能力的全面提升。Objective To explore the practical application effect of comprehensive social game training combined with physical exercise in the rehabilitation of children with autism.Methods Eighty-two patients with autism who diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2022 to August 2024 were selected,and the patients were divided into 2 groups using double-blind method.The control group(n=41)received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group(n=41)was supplemented with the combined intervention of comprehensive social game training and physical exercise,the intervention period was 1 year.The therapeutic effect,disease degree,behavioral ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Comparison of the therapeutic effect after 1 year of intervention,the ATEC scales of verbal communication,social ability,perceptual/cognitive ability and health/physiological/behavioral scores of children in the two groups were all decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of CGI-S scale and CARS scale decreased at 6 months and 1 year after intervention,and the observation group was decreased more obvious than the control group(P<0.05).After 1 year of intervention,the sensory,communication,body and object use,language and social self-care scores of the the ABC behavioral ability scale scores in two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).PedsQL quality of life scale scores of children were significantly increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive social game training combined with physical exercise has a significant positive effect on the rehabilitation of children with autism,which can effectively alleviate the core symptoms,improve the social communication ability and quality of life,and can promote overall improvement of the psychological development and behavioral
