基于人文关怀的护患沟通护理在精神分裂症患者行无抽搐电休克治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨在精神分裂症患者接受无抽搐电休克治疗期间,融入人文关怀的护患沟通护理方式的应用效果及其对认知功能的改善作用。方法 选取2022年4月~2024年1月期间,在本院接受无抽搐电休克治疗的精神分裂症患者112例,按1∶1比例随机分组。对照组56例接受常规护理,而观察组56例则在常规护理基础上增加人文关怀的护患沟通护理。结果 护理满意度方面,两组患者均表现出较高满意度,但观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。阳性与阴性症状评分:护理前两组无显著差异(P>0.05);护理2周及4周后,观察组评分均显著低于对照组,且组内护理后评分低于护理前(P<0.05)。生活质量评分(生理、心理、环境、社会关系领域):护理前两组无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组评分均高于对照组,且组内护理后评分高于护理前(P<0.05)。蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分:护理前两组无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组评分显著高于对照组,且两组护理后评分均高于护理前(P<0.05)。结论 对于接受无抽搐电休克治疗的精神分裂症患者,虽然常规护理和融入人文关怀的护患沟通护理均有效,但后者在提升患者满意度、改善临床症状、提高生活质量和认知功能方面表现出更显著的临床效果。Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-patient communication nursing style integrating humanistic care and its improvement effect on cognitive function during the treatment of convulsion-free electroconvulsive therapy for patients with schizophrenia.Methods 112 cases of schizophrenia patients receiving convulsion-free electroconvulsive therapy in our hospital between April 2022 and January 2024 were selected and randomly grouped in a 1∶1 ratio.Fifty-six cases in the control group received conventional nursing care,while 56 cases in the observation group added humanistic nurse-patient communication nursing care on the basis of conventional nursing care.Results In terms of nursing satisfaction,patients in both groups showed high satisfaction,but the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Positive and negative symptom scores:there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing care(P>0.05);after 2 and 4 weeks of nursing care,the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the scores of the post-nursing care were lower than those of the prenursing care within the group(P<0.05).Quality of life scores(physical,psychological,environmental,and social relationship domains):there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing care(P>0.05);after nursing care,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of the post-nursing care within the group were higher than those of the pre-nursing care(P<0.05).Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)scores:there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing care(P>0.05);after nursing care,the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the scores of the post-nursing care in both groups were higher than those before nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with schizophrenia receiving convulsion-free electroconvulsive thera
