急性心肌梗死患者心理素质、灵活性及健康促进生活方式的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析急性心肌梗死患者心理素质、灵活性及健康促进生活方式的现状,探讨三者间的相互关系。方法 挑选106例急性心肌梗死患者为调查对象,于2023年01月~2023年12月时间段就诊于本院,采用基本情况调查表问卷、心理素质测评量表、心理灵活性量表及健康促进生活方式问卷对其进行调查。Pearson相关分析用于统计检验。结果 共发放问卷106份,回收有效问卷106份,有效回收率100%,先后共有106例急性心肌梗死患者参与到本研究的问卷调查中,年龄区间最小42岁,最大84岁,平均67.48±9.57岁,男性54人(50.94%),女性52人(49.06%)。急性心肌梗死患者心理素质得分范围11~47分,总分31.03±6.55分,条目得分4.43±0.81分,心理灵活性得分范围13~45分,总分31.03±6.55分,条目得分4.43±0.81分,健康促进生活方式得分范围53~146分,总分94.61±11.33分,条目得分2.37±0.33分。相关关系结果:急性心肌梗死患者心理素质、灵活性与健康促进生活方式得分及各维度得分间存在显著性相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 急性心肌梗死患者生活方式需要积极进行调整。提示医务人员,除关注急性心肌梗死患者病情发展外,患者的心理状况同样需要重视,提高心理素质及心理灵活性,对患者规范自身生活,对长期预后有积极意义。Objective To analyse the current status of psychological quality,flexibility and health promotion lifestyle in patients with acute myocardial infarction and explore the correlation between the three.Methods A total of 106 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the subjects of the questionnaire for this study,and were investigated by using the basic information questionnaire,psychological quality measurement scale,psychological flexibility scale,and health promoting lifestyle questionnaire,and the pearson correlation analysis was used for statistical testing.was used for statistical tests.Results A total of 106 questionnaires were distributed and 106 valid questionnaires were recovered,with a valid recovery rate of 100%.A total of 106 patients with acute myocardial infarction were successively involved in the questionnaire survey of this study,with an age range of 42 years at the minimum and 84 years at the maximum,and an average of 67.48±9.57 years,54 males(50.94%)and 52 females(49.06%).The psychological quality score range of acute myocardial infarction patients was 11~47 with a total score of 31.03±6.55 and an entry score of 4.43±0.81,the mental flexibility score range was 13~45 with a total score of 31.03±6.55 and an entry score of 4.43±0.81,and the health promotion lifestyle score range was 53~146 with a total score of 94.61±11.33 points,entry score 2.37±0.33 points.Correlation results:there was a significant correlation between psychological quality,flexibility and health promotion lifestyle scores and individual dimension scores in patients with acute myocardial infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion The lifestyle of patients with acute myocardial infarction needs to be actively adjusted,and there is a significant correlation between the psychological quality and flexibility of the patients themselves.Clinical staff should pay attention tothe assessment of psychological quality and ment
