强迫症患者父母人格特质与亲子互动特点的质性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨强迫症患者父母的人格特质与亲子互动模式特点,尝试阐释其在强迫症心理病理机制中的作用。方法 采用方便取样法,随机选取2023年1月~10月在北京市某三甲医院心理科门诊就诊的强迫症患者16名,使用预先编制的半结构式访谈提纲对被试进行访谈,搜集资料,使用三级编码的方法对文字资料进行整理分析。结果 强迫症患者父亲人格特点主要为温和、不善言辞、自卑;强迫症患者母亲人格特点主要为控制欲强、敏感多疑、完美主义;强迫症患者父子(女)互动特点主要为交流少、交流浅;强迫症患者母子(女)互动特点主要为过分干涉、批评指责、交流浅。结论 强迫症患者父母人格特质与亲子互动方式存在一定共性,这些因素导致个体形成不良心理特点,成为强迫症起病的重要基础。Objective To explore the personality traits and parent-child interaction patterns of parents of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD),and to try to elucidate their role in the psychopathological mechanism of OCD.Methods Using convenient sampling method,16 obsessive-compulsive disorder patients were randomly selected from January to October 2023 in the psychological outpatient department of a third class hospital in Beijing.The pre-prepared semi-structured interview outline was used to interview subjects and collect data.And three level coding method is used to sort out and analyze the text data.Results The main personality characteristics of the fathers of obsessive-compulsive patients were mild,not good at speech,and low self-esteem.The main personality characteristics of the mothers of OCD patients are strong control,sensitive and suspicious,and perfectionism.The characteristics of interaction between father-child of obsessive-compulsive are mainly less communication and shallow communication,and mother-child interaction characteristics are mainly excessive interference,criticism,shallow communication.Conclusion There are some commonalities between parents'personality traits and parent-child interaction patterns of OCD patients,which lead to the formation of adverse psychological characteristics and become an important basis for the onset of OCD.
