摘 要:为探讨不同营养水平日粮对骆驼生产性能的影响,选择新疆伊犁州新源县骆驼养殖基地内的30峰健康双峰驼作为试验动物,随机编号,按照数字表法平均分为2组,对照组给予常规基础日粮进行饲喂,试验组在基础日粮饲喂的基础上额外补充2%葵花、5%豆粕、2 000 IU/mg复合维生素。试验周期为1个月。试验组骆驼的平均日产奶量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料奶比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组骆驼乳蛋白含量、乳糖含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),乳脂含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组骆驼乳房炎发生率、乳中体细胞数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在基础日粮中额外添加2%葵花、5%豆粕、2 000 IU/mg复合维生素进行饲喂,能够显著提高骆驼的生产性能,降低乳房炎发生率,这为今后新疆地区双峰驼的科学合理饲养和发展新疆地区骆驼产业提供了参考价值。To explore the effects of different nutritional levels of diets on the production performance of camels.Thirty healthy Bactrian camels from a camel breeding base in Xinyuan County,Ili Prefecture,Xinjiang were selected as experimental animals,randomly numbered and divided into two groups according to the number table method.The control group was fed with conventional basic diet,while the experimental group was supplemented with 2%sunflower,5%soybean meal,and 2000 IU/mg of complex vitamins in addition to the basic diet.The experimental period is one month.The average daily milk production of the experimental group camels was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the feed to milk ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The protein content and lactose content of camel milk in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the milk fat content was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of mastitis and the number of somatic cells in the milk of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Adding 2%sunflower,5%soybean meal,2000 IU/mg complex vitamins to the basic diet can significantly improve the production performance of camels and reduce the incidence of mastitis.This provides reference value for the scientific and rational feeding of bactrian camels in Xinjiang and the development of the camel industry in Xinjiang in the future.
