摘　　要：“十四五”以来贵州省刺梨产业迅速发展,逐步形成产加销一体化产业链。刺梨果主要用于饮品生产,加工产生的果渣多数被加工企业作为废弃物丢弃或者堆肥发酵后用于土壤基肥,极易造成环境污染和资源浪费。研究表明,刺梨果渣可作为绿色饲料原料替代,在饲料禁抗和畜禽绿色健康养殖的背景下,该文总结贵州刺梨果渣作为畜禽饲料的研究进展,探讨开发难点及应对对策,为扩宽贵州省饲料来源提供参考。Since the 14th Five-Year Plan,the Rosa roxburghii industry in Guizhou Province has developed rapidly,gradually forming an integrated industrial chain of production,processing,and sales.Rosa roxburghii fruit is mainly used in beverage production,and the fruit residue generated during processing is mostly discarded by processing enterprises as waste or composted and fermented for use as soil base fertilizer,which can easily cause environmental pollution and resource waste.Research has shown that Rosa roxburghii Tratt Residue can be used as a substitute for green feed raw materials.Against the backdrop of feed prohibition and green and healthy livestock and poultry breeding,this article summarizes the research progress of using Rosa roxburghii Tratt Residue as livestock and poultry feed in Guizhou,explores the development difficulties and countermeasures,and provides reference for expanding the feed sources in Guizhou Province.
