种业振兴背景下地方民族类高校青年教师《家畜育种学》课程教学的思考

摘　　要：在种业振兴背景下,畜牧产业发展进入快车道,对地方民族类高校动物科学专业家畜育种学课程教学也提出了新要求、新期盼、新挑战。该文围绕《家畜育种学》课程如何培养青年教师能力,引导学生自主学习能力和注重协同发展等方面进行简要阐述,为地方民族类高校专业主干课程教学提供参考。Against the backdrop of the revitalization of the seed industry,the development of the livestock industry has entered a fast lane,which has put forward new requirements,expectations,and challenges for the teaching of livestock breeding courses in animal science majors at local ethnic universities.This article briefly elaborates on how the course of"Livestock Breeding"can cultivate the abilities of young teachers,guide students to learn independently,and focus on collaborative development,providing reference for the teaching of core courses in local ethnic universities.
