摘 要:当电网的负载突然发生变化时,系统的功率平衡会受到影响,导致频率产生低频振荡。低频振荡会导致电力系统中的电压和频率波动,影响电力设备和用户设备的正常运行。为了解决电网低频振荡问题,提出自抗扰STATCOM装置下电网低频振荡抑制方法。基于p、q检测法获取电网三相基波电流和无功电流,其中,三相基波电流用于电网状态信息的监测,无功电流用于电网扰动估计与振荡抑制控制。分析STATCOM装置结构,设计由跟踪微分器、扩张状态观测器和非线性误差反馈控制律组成的自抗扰STATCOM控制器,将三相基波电流与无功电流作为输入,通过此控制器完成电网低频振荡抑制。实验结果表明,所提方法的电网低频振荡抑制效果好。When the load of the power grid suddenly changes,the power balance of the system will be affected,resulting in low-frequency oscillation of the frequency.Low-frequency oscillation will lead to voltage and frequency fluctuation in power system,which will affect the normal operation of power equipment and user equipment.In order to solve the problem of low-frequency oscillation of power grid,a method of suppressing low-frequency oscillation of power grid under ADRC STATCOM device is proposed.Based on p and q detection methods,three-phase fundamental current and reactive current of power grid are obtained,in which the three-phase fundamental current is used for monitoring power grid state information and reactive current is used for power grid disturbance estimation and oscillation suppression control.The structure of STATCOM device is analyzed,and an ADRC STATCOM controller composed of tracking differentiator,extended state observer and nonlinear error feedback control law is designed.With three-phase fundamental current and reactive current as inputs,the low-frequency oscillation suppression of power grid is completed by this controller.The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective in suppressing low-frequency oscillation of power grid.
