摘  要:需要冷藏或冷冻运输的生鲜品在配送过程中易受到外界温度的影响而腐烂变质,不仅提高了社区团购的配送成本,而且增加了订单履约的难度。为此,提出了社区团购多车舱多温共配模式,并以固定成本、蓄冷箱成本和违反时间窗成本等总费用最小为优化目标,构建社区团购配送优化模型,考虑到模型的复杂性,设计了混合模拟退火算法进行求解。最后,以重庆某区域的社区团购为例对模型与算法进行验证,并对车辆容量和单位行驶成本进行灵敏度分析。实验结果表明使用多车舱车辆进行配送可减少总成本和车辆使用数量,进而使每个配送周期的社区团购订单都能够顺利履约。Fresh products that need to be refrigerated or frozen are susceptible to decay and deterioration due to the change in external temperature during the distribution process,which not only increases the distribution cost,but also boosts the difficulty of order fulfllment of community group buying.A mathematical model with minimum total distribution costs,such as fixed cost,refrigerated box cost and time window violation cost,is established based on the multi-temperature co-distribution mode of multi-compartment vehicles.Considering the complexity of the model,a hybrid simulated annealing algorithm is designed to solve the model.Finally,the model and algorithm are verified by a community group-buying case in Chongqing City,and the sensitivity of vehicle capacity and unit driving cost analysis is conducted to determine the impact of parameters on the total cost.The experimental results show that the total cost and the number of vehicles used can be reduced by using multi-compartment vehicles for distribution,which makes the order fulfillment in each horizon smoother.
