摘 要:高层办公建筑受阳光照射、室外温度变化、人员活动等因素影响,导致室内冷负荷变化较大且不稳定,导致在考虑经济性和用户满意度的基础上,室内热舒适度和空调系统能效很难达到最优的平衡状态。为此,针对高层办公建筑,提出空调间歇性轮停冷负荷精准控制方法。利用长短时记忆(Long Short-Term Memory, LSTM)网络预测空调冷负荷;以负荷预测结果为输入参量,建立双层优化控制模型,使室内热舒适度和空调系统能效达到平衡。在上层控制中将舒适度最高和电费最小作为优化目标,在下层控制中根据空调分配优化负载率,最大化冷水机组的总体能效。结合粒子群算法与鲸鱼优化算法求解双层优化控制模型。仿真结果表明,所提方法的冷负荷预测结果与实际情况具有高度一致性,冷水机组的制冷性能系数(Coefficient of Performance, COP)值更高,表明所提方法控制后,制冷机的节能性能显著提高,且研究方法的具有更显著的节能效果。High-rise office buildings are affected by sunlight,outdoor temperature changes,personnel activities and other factors,resulting in large and unstable indoor cooling load,which makes it difficult to achieve the optimal balance between indoor thermal comfort and energy efficiency of air conditioning system on the basis of considering economy and user satisfaction.Therefore,aiming at high-rise office buildings,an accurate control method of intermittent wheel cooling load of air conditioning is proposed.The Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network is used to predict the cooling load of air conditioning.Taking load forecasting results as input parameters,a double-layer optimal control model is established to balance indoor thermal comfort and energy efficiency of air conditioning system.In the upper control,the maximum comfort and the minimum electricity fee are taken as the optimization objectives,and in the lower control,the load rate is optimized according to the air conditioning distribution to maximize the overall energy efficiency of the chiller.Combining particle swarm optimization algorithm and whale optimization algorithm to solve the bi-level optimal control model.The simulation results show that the cooling load prediction results of the proposed method are highly consistent with the actual situation,and the Coefficient of Performance(COP)of the chiller is higher,which indicates that the energy-saving performance of the chiller is significantly improved after the control of the proposed method,and the research method has a more significant energy-saving effect.
