摘 要:维生素D是一种人体可自身合成的类固醇激素,在调节骨骼及矿物质代谢方面发挥着重要作用。近年来,人们发现维生素D具有抗炎及免疫调节作用,可通过抑制免疫细胞活性,减少炎性介质释放等多种途径调节免疫系统功能,并抑制多种自身免疫性疾病发生、发展。流行病学调查显示自身免疫性甲状腺疾病与维生素D缺乏关系密切,维生素D缺乏被认为可能是自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的潜在危险因素之一。目前临床上关于维生素D能否预防和治疗自身免疫性甲状腺疾病存在争议,有待进一步研究证实。Vitamin D is a steroid hormone synthesized by the human body,playing a pivotal role in the regulation of bone and mineral metabolism.Recent research has unveiled its anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating properties.By inhibiting immune cell activity and reducing the release of inflammatory mediators through various mechanisms,vitamin D regulates immune system function and potentially inhibits the onset and progression of several autoimmune diseases.Epidemiological studies have shown a significant link between vitamin D deficiency and autoimmune thyroid diseases,suggesting that inadequate levels of this vitamin may serve as a potential risk factor for autoimmune thyroid diseases.However,there is controversy in clinical practice regarding whether vitamin D can prevent and treat autoimmune thyroid diseases,and further research is needed to confirm this.
