摘 要:目的研究川西合耳菊地上部分的化学成分。方法依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取川西合耳菊地上部分的70%乙醇提取物,取正丁醇部分,用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶柱层析法分离纯化,核磁共振波谱法鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到了8个单体化合物,分别鉴定为(4S,5R,7Z)-12-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-eremophil-7(11),9-dien-8-one(Ⅰ)、(4S,5R,7E)-12-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-eremophil-7(11),9-dien-8-one(Ⅱ)、(4S,5R,7S,11Z)-12-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-eremophil-9,11(12)-dien-8-one(Ⅲ)、(4S,5R,7S,11E)-12-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-eremophil-9,11(12)-dien-8-one(Ⅳ)、槲皮素(Ⅴ)、金丝桃苷(Ⅵ)、芦丁(Ⅶ)、烟花苷(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ为首次从川西合耳菊中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in the aerial part of Synotis solidaginea.METHODS The 70%ethanol extract of S.solidaginea was successively extracted with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol.The n-butanol extract was further separated and purified by column chromatography of silica gel and Sephadex.The structure of single compound was identified by NMR.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as(4S,5R,7Z)-12-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-eremophil-7(11),9-dien-8-one(Ⅰ),(4S,5R,7E)-12-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-eremophil-7(11),9-dien-8-one(Ⅱ),(4S,5R,7S,11Z)-12-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-eremophil-9,11(12)-dien-8-one(Ⅲ),(4S,5R,7S,11E)-12-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-eremophil-9,11(12)-dien-8-one(Ⅳ),quercetin(Ⅴ),hyperoside(Ⅵ),rutin(Ⅶ),and kaempferol-3-rutinoside(Ⅷ).CONCLUSION CompoundsⅠ-Ⅳwere isolated from S.solidaginea for the first time.
