我国高铁与民航基础设施发展水平的区域性差异研究

摘  要:为科学规划不同地区高铁与民航基础设施布局,定义了站点服务吸引区覆盖率指标,以其表征交通基础设施发展水平,比较了东、中、西部及东北各省、市级行政区高铁、民航及其综合基础设施发展水平,分析了社会经济因素对其的影响。研究表明:(1)高铁、民航及其综合基础设施区域水平由高到低为:东部、中部、东北、西部。东部站点覆盖率最高,均是中部的1.5倍左右;与西部差距最大,其中,高铁站覆盖率相差3.3倍。(2)西部高铁基础设施发展水平偏低且差异较大,85%以上市级行政区高铁站覆盖率低于全国平均水平,近91%省会城市高铁站覆盖率是所在省平均覆盖率的2倍以上。(3)人口密度、人均GDP与高铁、民航及其综合站点覆盖率均正向相关。In order to scientifically plan the layout of high-speed rail and civil aviation infrastructure in different regions,the station service attraction area coverage index was defined to characterize the development level of transportation infrastructure.The development levels of high-speed rail,civil aviation and their comprehensive infrastructure in the eastern,central,western and northeastern provinces and municipal administrative regions were compared,and the impact of socio-economic factors on them was analyzed.Research shows:(1)The regional levels of high-speed rail,civil aviation and their comprehensive infrastructure are from high to low:east,central,northeast and west.The coverage rate of stations in the eastern is the highest,about 1.5 times that of the central part.The gap with western is the largest,among which the coverage rate of high-speed rail stations is 3.3 times different.(2)The development level of high-speed rail infrastructure in the west is low and varies greatly.More than 85%of the high-speed rail station coverage in municipal-level administrative districts is lower than the national average.The coverage of high-speed rail stations in nearly 91%of provincial capital cities is more than twice the average coverage of the province.(3)Population density and per capita GDP are positively related to the coverage of high-speed rail,civil aviation and their comprehensive infrastructure.
