摘　　要：目前,国内高校对美术实践类教师的评价标准违背了美术教育的规律,导致他们的大量时间被浪费在一些没有意义的工作上。本文尝试分析造成这种评价体系混乱的原因,并提出评价标准应该摆脱“唯学历”,回到以创作成果为评价核心、建立美术共同体等措施上,让教师们在一个宽松的学术环境中展现才华。At present,the evaluation criteria for art practice teachers in domestic universities violate the laws of art education,resulting in a lot of their time being wasted on some meaningless work.This paper tries to analyze the reasons for the confusion of this evaluation system and proposes that the evaluation criteria should get rid of academic qualifications only,go back to taking creative achievements as the core of evaluation,establish an art community and take other measures,so as to let the teachers show their talents in a relaxed academic environment.
