摘　　要：宫颈癌以手术、化疗、放疗为主要治疗方式,而对于转移、复发的宫颈癌,重要治疗手段则为化疗和免疫靶向治疗,其中人表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,HER-2)靶向药物在宫颈癌领域的研究正如火如荼的进行中,对于宫颈癌的治疗也在不断取得研究进展,或能为宫颈癌的治疗提供新选择、为宫颈癌患者带来新希望。本文就HER-2在宫颈癌的研究现状及最新进展进行综述。Cervical cancer is mainly treated by surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,while for metastatic and recurrent cervical cancer,chemotherapy and immune-targeted therapy are the important treatments,in which the research of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2)targeted drugs in the field of cervical cancer is in full swing.In the treatment of cervical cancer,research progress is also being made,which may provide new options for the treatment of cervical cancer and bring new hope to cervical cancer patients.In this article,we summarize the current status and recent progress of HER-2 research in cervical cancer.
