住培医师神经康复临床带教中应用ICF框架下CBL教学模式的价值分析

摘  要:目的:探讨国际功能残疾和健康分类(ICF)框架下以案例为基础的教学法(CBL)教学模式在住培医师神经康复临床带教中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2023年3月—2024年4月山东第二医科大学附属医院80名住培医师的临床带教情况,依据不同的教学方法将其分为对照组和研究组,各40名。对照组采用传统的以课堂为基础的学习方法(LBL)教学,研究组采用ICF框架下CBL教学模式教学。两组均教学1个月。对比两组教学满意度及教学成果。结果:研究组住培医师各个方面的教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组康复技能操作及康复基础理论知识评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICF框架下CBL教学模式在住培医师神经康复临床带教中的应用效果良好,可明显提升教学满意度及康复技能操作及康复基础理论知识评分,教学成果较佳,能够对住培医师综合素质提升奠定基础,具有借鉴参考价值。Objective:To explore the application value of case-based learning(CBL)teaching mode under the International Classification of Functional Disability and Health(ICF)framework in the clinical teaching of neurorehabilitation by resident physicians.Methods:The clinical teaching situation of 80 residential training physicians in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from March 2023 to April 2024 was retrospectively analyzed,according to different teaching methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group,40 in each group.The control group was taught by traditional lecture-based learning(LBL),the study group adopts the CBL teaching mode under the ICF framework.Both groups were taught for 1 month.The teaching satisfaction in resident physicians and teaching results of the two groups were compared.Results:The teaching satisfaction scores of resident physicians in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of rehabilitation skill operation and basic theoretical knowledge in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of CBL teaching mode under ICF framework in clinical teaching of neurorehabilitation by resident physicians is good,which can significantly improve teaching satisfaction,rehabilitation skill operation and the score of basic theoretical knowledge of rehabilitation,the teaching results are better,which can lay a foundation for the improvement of comprehensive quality of residential training physicians and has reference value.
