多民族互嵌式社区国家通用语言推广现状调查研究——以兰坪县永昌社区为例

摘　　要：以兰坪白族普米族自治县永昌社区作为研究对象,采用随机抽样的方式,对其语言使用、语言态度和推普认识三个方面进行抽样调查,了解其推广普及现状。由数据分析可以得出,永昌社区内国家通用语言的使用率总体偏低,但国家通用语言推广普及成效明显;个人国家通用语言水平与年龄、职业、文化程度等因素有较大关系,被调查者在语言学习上存在着较多的障碍。尽管如此,多数被调查者仍表现出对主动学习国家通用语言的意愿,对提升国家通用语言水平有着较高的学习期望,通过本次调查对后续民族互嵌式易地扶贫安置区推普研究及少数民族地区语言规划提供参考的思路与策略。The article adopts a random sampling method to investigate the promotion and popularization of the national common language in the multi-ethnic embedded poverty alleviation resettlement area,and takes Yongchang Community of Lamping Bai Pumi Autonomous County as the object of the study,and conducts a sampling survey on three aspects of the language use,language attitude and awareness of the popularization to understand the current situation of its promotion and popularization.From the analysis of the data,it can be concluded that the overall usage rate of the national common language in Yongchang Community is low,but the effectiveness of the promotion and popularization of the national common language is obvious;the level of the individual national common language has a greater relationship with the age,occupation,literacy and other factors,and there are more barriers to language learning among the respondents.Nevertheless,most of the respondents still show their willingness to actively learn the national common language,and have high learning expectations for improving the level of the national common language.Through this survey,it provides reference ideas and strategies for the subsequent research on the promotion of the national common language in ethnically embedded resettlement areas for poverty alleviation and for the planning of the language of ethnic minority areas.
