超声联合CT增强延时扫描技术应用于肝脏肿瘤早期鉴别诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析超声联合CT增强延时扫描技术应用于肝脏肿瘤早期鉴别诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月我院收治的80例肝脏肿瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行超声、CT增强延时扫描技术检查。以病理结果为“金标准”,比较超声、CT增强延时扫描技术单一及联合检查对良性肝脏肿瘤的诊断灵敏度、特异度及准确度。结果80例患者的病理检查结果显示,良性肿瘤57例,占71.25%,恶性肿瘤23例,占28.75%。超声联合CT增强延时扫描技术对恶性肝脏肿瘤的诊断灵敏度、准确度均高于超声、CT增强延时扫描技术,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声联合CT增强延时扫描技术对恶性肝脏肿瘤的诊断特异度高于超声,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝脏肿瘤早期诊断中,超声、CT增强延时扫描技术各具优势和不足,二者联合应用可进一步提高检出率及诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度,有利于肝脏肿瘤早期鉴别诊断,减少误诊、漏诊的发生,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound combined with CT enhanced delayed scanning technology in early differential diagnosis of liver tumor.Methods A total of 80 patients with liver tumor admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent ultrasound and CT enhanced delayed scanning.Using pathological results as the"gold standard",the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasound,CT enhanced delayed scanning technology single and combined examination for benign liver tumor were compared.Results The pathological examination results of 80 patients showed that 57 cases were benign tumors,accounting for 71.25%,and 23 cases were malignant tumors,accounting for 28.75%.The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of ultrasound combined with CT enhanced delayed scanning technology for malignant liver tumor were higher than those of ultrasound and CT enhanced delayed scanning technology,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the diagnostic specificity of ultrasound combined with CT enhanced delayed scanning technology for malignant liver tumor was higher than that of ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early diagnosis of liver tumor,ultrasound and CT enhanced delayed scanning technology have their own advantages and disadvantages.The combined application of the two can further improve the detection rate and diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,which is conducive to the early differential diagnosis of liver tumor and reduces the occurrence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.It has important clinical application value.
