摘 要:教师、教材和教法(简称“三教”)是搭建课程教学体系、推动教育高质量发展的关键要素。目前“中文+职业技能”教育已受到学界广泛关注,但针对其“三教”的实然分析与应然探讨尚不深入。研究采用半结构化访谈,以“三教”为核心,探究当前“中文+职业技能”教育面临的现实问题与发展方向并发现,“中文+职业技能”教育师资力量薄弱,复合型教师紧缺;教材中语言与技能内容难以平衡,职业素养培育功能缺失;教学方法拘于传统,课程考评有待完善。对此,本文从教师培训与学历教育、教材评价与数智资源开发以及教学创新与质量监控三方面提出发展建议,以期推动“中文+职业技能”教育高质量发展。Teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods are key elements in building an efficient curriculum system and promoting the high-quality educational development.Although“Chinese Language+Vocational Skills”education has received extensive research attention,in-depth discussions on its actual and ideal development concerning teachers,textbooks and teaching methods are still lacking.By conducting semi-structured interviews,this study explores the current issues and development directions of“Teachers,Textbooks,and Teaching Methods”faced by“Chinese Language+Vocational Skills”education.It concludes that the teaching force is weak with a shortage of versatile teachers;language and skill content in the textbooks are unbalanced while vocational literacy development functions are lacking;the teaching methods strictly follow the tradition while the evaluation needs improvement.Thus,the study proposes some development suggestions from the aspects of teacher training,academic education,textbook evaluation and teaching resource development,as well as teaching innovations and quality monitoring in order to promote the high-quality development of“Chinese Language+Vocational Skills”education.
