摘 要:云南省国际中文教育经过40多年的发展,逐步成长为连接中国与南亚东南亚语言文化交流的核心纽带,初步形成涵盖本硕博培养的多层次教育体系,然而其发展仍面临政策执行效果不均、资源配置存在差异、学科体系不够健全、国际合作深度不够及协同发展机制不够完善等挑战。研究围绕政策支持与执行、资源配置与共享、学科体系与人才培养、对外合作与交流以及区域协同发展五个方面,系统剖析了云南省国际中文教育的现状与存在的问题,并提出优化政策执行机制、加大资源倾斜力度、完善学科体系建设、深化国际合作以及构建区域协同发展机制等针对性对策与建议。未来,云南省应通过强化顶层设计、推动教育创新和扩大国际合作,探索出具有区域特色的国际中文教育模式,为边疆地区教育国际化发展提供可借鉴经验。Over the past four decades,the international Chinese language education in Yunnan province has gradually evolved into a crucial bridge for linguistic and cultural exchanges between China and South and Southeast Asia,establishing a relatively well-structured educational system offering bachelor's,master's and doctoral degrees.However,its development still faces several challenges,including uneven policy implementation,disparities in resource allocation,an underdeveloped disciplinary system,insufficient depth in international cooperation,and an incomplete mechanism for coordinated regional development.This paper systematically analyzes the current status and challenges of the international Chinese language education in Yunnan province from five perspectives:policy support and implementation,resource allocation and sharing,disciplinary and talent development,international cooperation and exchange,and regional coordinated development.Furthermore,it proposes targeted coping strategies,including optimizing policy implementation mechanisms,enhancing resource investment,improving the disciplinary system,deepening international cooperation,and establishing a coordinated regional development framework.In future,Yunnan province should strengthen the top-level planning,promote educational innovation,and expand international collaboration to explore a regionally distinctive model for international Chinese language education,providing valuable insights for the educational development of the border regions of China.
