摘　　要：随着制造业的迅猛发展,模具行业的加速转型升级倒逼模具技术技能型人才培养水平的提高。为了激发学生学习冲压模具设计课程的兴趣,提高课堂教学质量,以U形件作为研究对象,通过设计冲压产品及其工艺,设计模具结构和制作模具零件,研制出U形件切断弯曲复合模教具用于教学。将它作为教具使用,能让教师将枯燥乏味的知识点讲得通俗易懂,提升课堂教学效率;作为模具使用,能冲压加工产品,让学生体验真实的模具及其成形工艺过程,对今后同类教具的开发具有一定的借鉴作用。With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry,the accelerated transformation and upgrading of the mold industry is driving the improvement of the training level of mold technology and skilled personnel.In order to stimulate students'interest in learning the course on stamping die design and improve the quality of classroom teaching,a U-shaped part is taken as the research object.By designing the stamping product and its process,designing the die structure,and fabricating the die components,a U-shaped part cutting and bending compound die teaching tool is developed for educational purposes.When used as a teaching tool,it enables teachers to explain dull and difficult knowledge points in a straightforward and easy-to-understand manner,enhancing classroom teaching efficiency.When used as a die,it can be utilized for stamping and processing products,allowing students to experience the real die and its forming process.This has certain reference significance for the development of similar teaching tools in the future.
