摘  要:立足新一轮科技革命、产业变革和高质量发展的历史性交汇点,依托人工智能加速“人机融合”步伐,已成为制造企业主动适应时代发展大势、创造可持续竞争新优势的重要举措。基于战略管理理论,使用2011—2023年我国制造业上市公司数据进行研究,发现:人工智能显著促进制造企业创新型差异化竞争战略和市场型差异化竞争战略,高管创新认知是重要的作用机制。进一步研究发现,人工智能的促进作用存在高管信息技术背景和行业先进特征的异质性,两种差异化竞争战略均能促进制造企业短期和长期价值。为此,制造企业应通过加速“人机融合”步伐增强高管创新认知,以推进差异化竞争战略,创造获取可持续竞争新优势。Based on the historical intersection of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,industrial transformation and high-quality development,relying on artificial intelligence to accelerate the pace of"human-machine integration"has become an important measure for manufacturing enterprises to actively adapt to the development trend of the times and create new sustainable enterprises advantages.Based on the theory of strategic management,using the data of listed manufacturing enterprises in China from 2011 to 2023,it is found that artificial intelligence significantly promotes the innovative and market-based differentiated competitive strategies of manufacturing enterprises,with executive innovation cognition being an important mediating mechanism.Further research reveals that the promotional effect of artificial intelligence varies with the information technology background of executive and the advanced characteristics of the industry.Both differentiated competitive strategies can enhance the short-term and long-term value of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,manufacturing enterprises should accelerate the application of AI technology to enhance executive innovation cognition and make differentiated competitive strategies to obtain new sustainable competitive advantages.
