摘　　要：作为高级化的城市形态,智慧城市建设改变了企业发展的基础设施和治理环境,有助于企业高质量发展。研究基于2007—2022年中国上市公司数据,使用多时点双重差分法评估了智慧城市试点政策对企业绩效的影响效应和作用路径。研究发现:智慧城市建设显著提升了企业绩效,在进行平行趋势检验、双重差分倾向得分匹配估计、安慰剂检验等一系列稳健性检验后,此影响依旧存在。进一步研究发现:相较于国有企业,智慧城市建设对非国有企业绩效提升幅度较大;相较于大型企业,智慧城市建设对小型企业绩效的提升作用更加明显;相较于其他地区,智慧城市建设对中部地区企业的绩效提升明显。机制分析表明,智慧城市建设主要通过降低企业营业成本和提升企业创新能力的方式提高企业绩效。因此,应持续稳步推动智慧城市建设,提升企业动态竞争形态,因地制宜精准施策。As an advanced urban form,the construction of smart cities has transformed the infrastructure and governance environment of enterprise development,which is conducive to high-quality development of enterprises.Based on the data of Chinese listed companies from 2007 to 2022,the study evaluates the impact and pathways of smart city pilot policies on enterprise performance using a multiple-time-point difference-in-difference method.The research findings indicate that smart city construction significantly enhances enterprise performance and this effect still exists after a series of robustness tests,such as parallel trend test,difference-in-difference propensity score matching estimation,and placebo test.Further research shows that compared with state-owned enterprises,the construction of smart cities has a greater improvement on the performance of non-state-owned enterprises;compared with other regions,the construction of smart cities has significantly improved the performance of enterprises in central China.Mechanism analysis demonstrates that the construction of smart cities primarily improves enterprise performance by reducing operating cost and enhancing enterprise innovation capabilities.Therefore,it is necessary to continue steadily promoting the construction of smart cities,enhancing the dynamic competitive advantages of enterprises,and implementing targeted policies according to local conditions.
