摘  要:为初步探讨甘草抑制猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)感染的活性成分及作用机制,利用网络药理学方法初步分析甘草抗PEDV的关键靶标和生物学过程,通过分子对接技术、荧光定量PCR验证甘草中活性成分与关键靶标潜在相互作用及对关键靶标基因表达的影响。结果表明:STAT3、TP53、IL-6和RELA等15个蛋白可能是甘草治疗猪流行性腹泻的关键靶标。分子对接显示甘草中活性成分可与关键位点产生结合,具有潜在相互作用。甘草提取物可显著下调STAT3、TP53和RELA等基因表达。To preliminarily investigate the active ingredients and mechanisms of action of licorice in inhibiting porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)infection,network pharmacology methods were employed to analyze the key targets and biological processes associated with licorice's effects against PEDV.By molecular docking technology and fluorescence quantitative PCR,assessed potential interactions between the active ingredients in licorice and key targets,as well as their effects on gene expression.The results indicated that 15 proteins,including STAT3,TP53,IL-6,and RELA,might serve as key targets of licorice in the treatment of porcine epidemic diarrhea.Molecular docking studies demonstrated that the active ingredients in licorice could bind to critical sites,suggesting potential interactions.Furthermore,licorice extract significantly down-regulated the expression of genes such as STAT3,TP53,and RELA.
