摘 要:籽粒蛋白质为大豆种子主要储存蛋白质,在食品加工、营养和生物学功能方面发挥重要作用。随着人们对健康和营养的日渐关注,大豆籽粒蛋白质研究也愈发受到重视。综合阐述大豆籽粒蛋白质合成相关的QTL(Quantitative trait loci),归纳大豆籽粒贮藏蛋白基因及其调控因子,绘制大豆蛋白质合成代谢分子调控网络,重点讨论当前大豆籽粒蛋白质含量调控研究,旨在为大豆产业开发提供发展方向。深入研究大豆籽粒蛋白质遗传机制,有助于揭示大豆籽粒蛋白质在种子发育、生长过程中的调控机制,为培育高产、高品质、抗逆性强的新品种提供参考。Seed protein,as the main storage protein of soybean seeds,plays an important role in food processing,nutrition and biological functions.With people's increasing emphasis on health and nutrition,the study of soybean seed protein has become increasingly important.The study provided a comprehensive description of quantitative trait loci(QTL)associated with soybean seed protein synthesis,summarized the genes and regulatory factors involved in soybean seed storage protein,and mapped out the molecular regulatory network of soybean protein anabolic metabolism.In addition,focused on the current research direction of regulating soybean seed protein content,aiming to provide scientific basis for the development of soybean industry.The in-depth exploration in this research field not only contributes to uncovering the regulatory mechanism of soybean seed protein during seed development and growth,but also offers theoretical support for the breeding of new varieties with high yield,superior quality and strong stress resistance.
