摘  要:我国乡城流动人口贫困问题逐渐显性化,贫困呈现出多维性、隐匿性、异质性和差异性的特征。引发乡城流动人口贫困的主要原因可归结为四个层面:教育机会缺失,导致阶层滞流固化;资本积累不足,导致可行能力下降;贫困文化接纳,导致贫困代际传递;社会排斥,导致乡城流动人口社会场域窄化。在共同富裕背景下,职业教育促进乡城流动人口贫困治理的主要路径和策略包括:创新建构“市域统整联合,中高贯通一体”的高等职业教育模式,搭建乡城流动人口子女向上流动的阶梯;提供“梯度设计,分类实施”的职业教育培训,提升乡城流动人口就业机会和质量;以职业教育培训“赋能职业素养,摧毁贫困接纳”,助推乡城流动人口心理重构;以“包容性社区培训,融合性社会场域”,促进乡城流动人口社会资本的积累。The poverty problem of the rural-urban floating population in China is becoming more and more obvious,and poverty shows the characteristics of multidimensionality,concealment,heterogeneity,and difference.The main reasons for the poverty of the rural-urban floating population can be attributed to four aspects:the lack of educational opportunities leads to the solidification of class stagnation;the lack of capital accumulation leads to the decline of feasible capacity;the acceptance of poverty culture leads to the intergenerational transmission of poverty;social exclusion leads to the narrowing of the social field of ruralurban floating population.Under the background of common prosperity,the main paths and strategies of vocational education to promote the poverty governance of rural-urban floating population include:innovating and constructing the higher vocational education mode of“urban unification and integration,secondary education and higher education integration”,and building the ladder of upward mobility of rural-urban floating population children;provide“gradient design,classification implementation”vocational education training to improve the employment opportunities and quality of rural-urban floating population;vocational education and training“empower professional quality,destroy poverty acceptance”,and promote the psychological reconstruction of rural-urban floating population;to promote the accumulation of social capital of ruralurban floating population by“inclusive community training and integrated social field”.
