摘 要:目的研究口部运动功能训练联合冰刺激对学龄前功能性构音障碍患儿的治疗效果。方法选取2021年1月至2024年2月郑州市中心医院收治的80例学龄前功能性构音障碍患儿作为研究对象,按简单随机数表法分为研究组和对照组各40例,对照组患儿采用语音训练治疗,研究组患儿采用口部运动功能训练联合冰刺激治疗,两组均连续治疗6个月。治疗6个月后,比较两组患儿的临床效果;治疗前及治疗6个月后,采用语音清晰度量表评价两组患儿的语音清晰度(单字、句、连续语音)及口部运动功能(下颌、唇、舌、总分),采用婴儿-初中学生社会生活能力量表评价两组患儿的社会生活能力。结果治疗6个月后,研究组患儿的总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的单字、句、连续语音评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,两组患儿的单字、句、连续语音评分均较治疗前上升,且研究组患儿的单字、句、连续语音评分分别为(81.03±6.89)分、(76.28±3.86)分、(75.80±1.62)分,明显高于对照组的(72.60±5.79)分、(69.57±2.63)分、(71.02±1.60)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的下颌、唇、舌、总分评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,两组患儿的下颌、唇、舌、总分评分均较治疗前上升,且研究组的下颌、唇、舌、总分评分分别为(29.86±2.79)分、(27.29±2.68)分、(52.90±2.20)分、(109.56±4.28)分,明显高于对照组的(28.35±2.50)分、(22.83±2.37)分、(49.30±1.86)分、(100.73±3.52)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的社会生活能力量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,两组患儿的社会生活能力量表评分均较治疗前明显升高,且研究组的婴儿-初中学生社会生活能力量表评分分别为(10.23±0.71)分,明显高于对照�Objective To study the effect of oral motor function training combined with ice stimulation on preschool children with functional articulation disorders.Methods Eighty preschool children with functional articulation disorders admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the simple random number table method,they were divided into a study group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received speech training treatment,while those in the study group received oral motor function training combined with ice stimulation treatment,continuously for 6 months.After 6 months of treatment,the clinical outcomes of the two groups of children were compared.Before and after 6 months of treatment,the speech clarity(single character,sentence,continuous speech)and oral motor function(jaw,lips,tongue,total score)of the two groups of patients were evaluated using the Speech Intelligibility Scale.The social life ability of the two groups of children was evaluated using the Infant-Junior High School Student Social Life Ability Scale.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 75.00%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of single words,sentences,and continuous speech between the two groups of children(P>0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the single character,sentence,and continuous speech scores of both groups of children increased compared to before treatment,and the scores of the study group were(81.03±6.89)points,(76.28±3.86)points,and(75.80±1.62)points,which were significantly higher than(72.60±5.79)points,(69.57±2.63)points,and(71.02±1.60)points in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores for jaw,lips,tongue,or total orofacial motor function between
