新质生产力视域下长江经济带创新水平提升路径研究

摘　　要：新质生产力是当前经济社会发展研究的热点。作为推动经济增长的关键要素,新质生产力与区域创新水平紧密相关。长江经济带是中国经济发展的重要战略区域,其创新能力的增强对于促进区域经济发展具有重要的价值。结合长江经济带11个省份2008—2022年的面板数据,分析了长江经济带创新水平的空间格局,使用莫兰指数与空间计量方法分析了各省份创新水平的空间关联性及影响因素。研究发现新质生产力与创新水平具有显著相关性,存在一定空间溢出作用,且区域发展不平衡,新质生产力对创新水平的提升作用在非江浙沪的其他省份更为显著。提升长江经济带创新水平,需要充分利用长江经济带的经济优势和教育资源,强化区域协同与合作,提升新质生产力,同时加大教育与科技投入,构建创新生态系统,激发创新活力。The concept of new quality productive forces is a hotspot in current economic and social development research.As a key factor to promote economic growth,new quality productive forces is closely related to regional innovation level.The Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important strategic region for China’s economic development,and enhancing its innovation capability is of significant value in promoting regional economic development.Based on the panel data from 11 provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2008 to 2022,the spatial pattern of innovation level was analyzed.The spatial correlation and influencing factors of innovation level in each province were studied using Moran's index and spatial econometric methods.Research findings show a significant correlation between new quality productive forces and innovation level,with spatial spillover effect and uneven regional development.The role of new quality productive forces in improving innovation level is more significant in provinces excluding Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Shanghai.To enhance the innovation level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,we need to fully utilize its economic advantages and educational resources,strengthen regional coordination and cooperation,improve new quality productive forces,increase investment in education and technology,build an innovation ecosystem and stimulate innovation vitality.
