基层卫生人员适宜急救技能培训的实践效果评价

摘　　要：目的以贵州省贵安新区为研究试点,对乡村医生进行急救知识与技能同质化培训,并对培训效果进行检验,为今后本省开展乡村医生基本急救知识与技能培训工作提供参考依据。方法通过“师资入乡,上门培训”方式对贵安新区共83名乡村医生进行一对一的适宜急救知识与技能培训,并在培训前、培训后、培训结束3个月后进行技能考核,采用重复方差分析方法对培训效果进行评价。结果培训后的乡村医生4项技能考核成绩均达到良好水平(均>80分),考核成绩在培训前、培训结束后、培训结束3个月后这3个时间节点均有统计学差异(P<0.05),培训结束3个月后4项技能操作考核成绩平均分较培训结束时均有所降低。结论通过“师资入乡,上门培训”方式对乡村医生进行适宜急救技能培训可加强乡村医生的基础急救技能,从而提升乡村医生的基础急救医疗服务能力。Objective Through the training of emergency knowledge and skills of rural doctors in the research pilot in Gui'an New District,Guizhou Province and testing the training effects,thus providing a reference for the provincial basic first aid knowledge and skills training of rural doctors.Methods Through the"teacher entering the rural,and on-site training",a total of 83 rural doctors in Guian New District were one-to-one trained for suitable first aid knowledge and skills.Skill assessments were performed before training,after training,and 3 months after training.The effect of training was evaluated using the repeated measures analysis of variance.Results The training scores of the four skills of rural doctors after the training reached a good level(all>80 points).There were significant differences in the examination results of rural doctors at the these three time points of before training,after training and 3 months after training(P<0.05).The average score of the four skills assessment after 3 months of training was reduced compared to that after the training.Conclusion The training of appropriate first aid skills for rural doctors by“teacher entering the rural,and on-site training”can strengthen the acquisition of rural doctors'basic first aid skills and improve their basic emergency medical service ability.
