摘  要:目的了解我国法医学专业本科生专业认同感现状及影响因素,为制定相关干预措施提供理论依据。方法从四川省、浙江省、黑龙江省与广东省的4所医学院校随机抽取法医学专业本科生进行问卷调查,建立决策树模型探讨其专业认同感影响因素,建立结构方程模型探讨其专业认同感的影响机制。结果本研究纳入有效样本249份,法医学专业本科生专业认同感条目均分为(3.731±0.720)分。一般自我效能感、平均月生活费和领悟社会支持是法医学专业本科生专业认同感的影响因素(P<0.05)。自我效能感得分>10.500分、社会支持得分>19.500分的法医学专业本科生专业认同感最高(平均值为96.667分)。社会支持得分≤18.500分、自我效能感得分>12.500分的法医学专业本科生专业认同感次之(平均值为95.091分)。一般自我效能感在领悟社会支持与专业认同感之间起部分中介作用[effect=0.978,95%CI(0.541,1.514)],效果量为42.39%。结论法医学专业本科生专业认同感得分略低于其他医学类专业,一般自我效能感、平均月生活费和领悟社会支持是其主要影响因素,一般自我效能感在领悟社会支持与专业认同感之间起部分中介作用。相关部门需综合考虑个体、家庭和社会3个维度的因素,有针对性地制定措施进行干预。Objective To evaluate the contemporary status of professional identity among undergraduate forensic students in China and the influencing factors,thus providing theoretical references for formulating relevant intervention strategies.Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted among undergraduate forensic students randomly selected from four distinct medical colleges in the provinces of Sichuan,Zhejiang,Heilongjiang,and Guangdong.The study employed a decision tree model to delineate the influencing factors for their professional identity.A structural equation model was created to probe the underlying mechanisms shaping their professional identity.Results A total of 249 valid samples were included in this study.The mean score for professional identity among the undergraduate forensic students was 3.731±0.720 points.Significant influencing factors for professional identity included general self-efficacy,average monthly living expenses,and perceived social support(P<0.05).Undergraduates with self-efficacy scores exceeding 10.500 and social support scores above 19.500 demonstrated the highest levels of professional identity,with an average score of 96.667.Those with social support scores at or below 18.500 and self-efficacy scores higher than 12.500 exhibited the next highest level of professional identity,averaging at 95.091.General self-efficacy was observed to partially mediate the relationship between perceived social support and professional identity,accounting for an effect size of 42.39%[effect=0.978,95%CI(0.541,1.514)].Conclusion The professional identity scores among undergraduate forensic students in China are inferior to those of their counterparts in other medical disciplines.The principal determinants of professional identity include general self-efficacy,average monthly living expenses,and perceived social support.General self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between perceived social support and professional identity.To foster a stronger sense of professional identity,it is imperative for
