摘　　要：2024年世界职业技术教育发展大会发布《世界职业技术教育发展天津共识——32国部长宣言》(简称《天津共识》),为世界职业教育发展提供明确的方向和行动指南,注入信心和正能量。从深刻理解《天津共识》倡议精神、共建共享职业技术教育国际交流合作、共绘更美好的职业教育发展蓝图、共同谱写职业教育国际交流新篇章、职业教育产教融合发展以及“4S”行动框架开启职业教育国际交流合作新篇章六个主题展开对《天津共识》的系列深入讨论,旨在推动世界各国同心同行、同频共振,为携手建设职业教育共同体、构建人类命运共同体作出更大的贡献。In 2024,the World Vocational and Technical Education Development Conference released the Tianjin Consensus on World Technical and Vocational Education and Training Development:Declaration of Ministers of 32 Countries(referred to as the Tianjin Consensus),providing a clear direction and guide to action for the development of World vocational education,as well as injecting confidence and positive energy.This article delves into the Tianjin Consensus through six key themes:understanding the spirit of the Tianjin Consensus initiative,building and sharing international exchange and cooperation in vocational and technical education,co-creating a brighter blueprint for vocational education development,jointly writing a new chapter in international exchange for vocational education,promoting the integration between industry and education in vocational education,and launching a new chapter in international exchange and cooperation through the"4S"action framework.The aim is to foster unity and collaboration,and resonance among nations,contributing significantly to the joint construction of a vocational education community and the building of a shared future for humanity.
