摘  要:高校图书馆员的专业化建设是影响高校图书馆事业高质量发展的重要因素。文章阐述了中美高校图书馆员的专业认识和馆员概念变迁,进而分析中美在图书馆学硕士学位、馆员岗位、职业化、教师与非教师地位等方面存在的差异,提出建立职业门槛、细化岗位职责,建立与图书馆学教育项目相匹配的职业方向,保障馆员在高校拥有平等的地位和待遇,以期为我国高校图书馆事业的现代化发展提供借鉴。The professionalization of university librarians is an important factor affecting the high-quality development of the university library industry.The article elaborates on the professional understanding and conceptual changes of librarians in Chinese and American universities,and then analyzes the differences between China and the United States in terms of master's and bachelor's degrees in library science,librarian positions,professionalization,and the status of teachers and non teachers.It proposes establishing professional thresholds,refining job responsibilities,and establishing career directions that match library science education programs to ensure that librarians have equal status and treatment in universities,which can provide reference for the modernization development of China's university library industry.
