摘 要:为了使学生在参加学科竞赛的过程中,能精准高效地获取到竞赛项目所对应的知识点和技能要求,有针对性地展开理论学习和能力实践。基于数字化技术对学科竞赛能力培养模式进行了创新实践。以国际先进机器人及仿真技术大赛工程项目组为例,基于产出导向理念对该项目竞赛所对应的产出目标进行划分,并将各产出目标对应模块及其所需能力进行剖分,从而有利于指导教师和学生进一步掌握竞赛要求,使学生学习时更有针对性。利用所研发的数字化训练软件,加强了项目组成员对竞赛作品制作过程中的监管力度,同时便于指导教师把握学生能力水平,有针对性地进行培养和训练。竞赛结果验证了所提方法的高效性,可推广至其他学科竞赛。In order to enable students to accurately and efficiently obtain the knowledge points and skill requirements corresponding to the competition items in the process of participating in the subject competition,they can carry out theoretical learning and ability practice in a targeted manner.Based on digital technology,the discipline competition ability training mode has been innovatively practiced.Take the engineering project of the International Advanced Robotics and Simulation Technology Competition as an example;the output goals corresponding to the competition of this project are delineated based on the OBE(Outcomes Based Education).The corresponding modules of each output goal and the required abilities are dissected,which can help guide teachers and students to further understand the competition requirements and make students′learning pertinently.Then,the supervision of project team members during the production process of competition works is strengthened using the developed digital training software.It is convenient for guiding teachers to grasp students′abilities and carry out targeted cultivation and training.The competition results have verified the efficiency of the proposed method,which can be extended to other discipline competitions.
