摘  要:新商科是顺应时代发展需求而产生的新型商科教育模式,它强调跨学科融合、创新创业教育和产教融合。应用型本科高校应以培养高素质应用型人才为目标,深化教育教学改革,优化人才培养方案,创新人才培养模式。新商科背景下,应用型本科高校人才培养模式改革策略包括构建跨学科融合的课程体系、强化创新创业教育、推进产教融合、建设“双师型”教师队伍、完善实践教学体系、建立多元化的人才培养质量评价体系。通过改革人才培养模式,应用型本科高校可以培养出适应新商科发展需求的高素质应用型人才,为区域经济社会发展提供有力的人才支撑。New business is a new business education model that conforms to the development needs of the times,which emphasizes interdisciplinary integration,innovation and entrepreneurship education and industry-education integration.Application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities should take training high-quality application-oriented talents as the goal,deepen the reform of education and teaching,optimize the program of talent training,and innovate the mode of talent training.Under the background of new business,the reform strategies of talent training mode in application-oriented undergraduate universities and colleges include:building a curriculum system of interdisciplinary integration,strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education,promoting the integration of industry and education,building a"double-qualified"teacher team,improving the practical teaching system,and establishing a diversified talent training quality evaluation system.Through the reform of talent training mode,application-oriented undergraduate universities can cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents to meet the needs of new business development,and provide strong talent support for regional economic and social development.
