共生理论视域下职业学校学生实习质量保障体系研究

摘  要:实习是技术技能人才培养中的重要环节。研究基于共生理论,剖析了职业学校学生实习质量保障体系建设中面临的挑战,包括主体利益诉求难平衡,政策生态待优化,各主体协作不畅,信息交互通道存在阻碍等方面。基于此,提出了实习保障体系构建策略,分别是协调多主体利益,强化共生关系;优化共生环境,营造良好共生氛围;疏通合作梗阻,构建高效共生合作模式;畅通信息与资源交互通道,提升共生界面作用。The internship is an important part of the cultivation of technical and skilled talents.Based on symbiosis theory,the study analyzes the challenges faced by vocational college students in the construction of the internship quality assurance system for vocational college students,including the difficulty in balancing the interests of various entities,the need for optimization of the policy ecology,the poor collaboration among entities and the obstacles in the information exchange channels.Based on this,the paper puts forward construction strategies for internship assurance system,including coordinating the interests of multiple subjects and strengthening the symbiotic relationship;optimizing the symbiotic environment and creating a good symbiotic atmosphere;dredging the obstruction of cooperation and building an efficient symbiotic cooperation model;smoothening the interaction channel between information and resources and enhancing the role of symbiotic interface.
