摘　　要：前列腺癌(prostate cancer, PCa)是男性泌尿生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率和死亡率在全球范围内持续上升,提高PCa早期检出率和优化外科手术治疗方式在提高治愈率、延长生存期、改善生活质量等方面具有不可替代的作用。前列腺穿刺活检是确诊PCa的金标准,主要包括经直肠、经会阴穿刺以及基于多影像引导的融合靶向穿刺技术。手术治疗是治疗PCa的重要方式之一,其中根治性前列腺切除术(radicalprostatectomy, RP)是治疗局限性PCa的金标准。本文对近年来PCa外科手术方面进展进行综述。Prostate cancer(PCa)is the most common malignant tumor of the male urinary and reproductive systems,with its incidence and mortality rates steadily increasing worldwide.Enhancing early detection of PCa and refining surgical treatment methods are crucial for improving cure rates,extending survival,and enhancing quality of life.Prostate biopsy remains the gold standard for diagnosing PCa,utilizing approaches such as transrectal,transperineal,and multi-imaging guided fusion-targeted techniques.Surgical intervention is a key treatment modality for PCa,with radical prostatectomy(RP)serving as the gold standard for managing localized disease.This paper reviews recent advancements in surgical techniques for prostate cancer,aiming to provide clinical practitioners with updated guidance.
