摘　　要：为解决科研档案资源中知识关联度差、开发利用程度不高等问题,本文构建医学科研档案领域知识图谱。通过运用机器学习方法从医学科研档案中提取医学知识,并经过数据收集与预处理、实体识别与关系抽取、知识融合与消歧、图谱优化与评估等流程来整合各种数据和知识,揭示数据之间隐含的关联。本文的研究结果可为促进科研档案开放利用和辅助科研档案资源智能化管理与知识服务工作提供一定的借鉴。To solve the problems of poor knowledge correlation and low level of development and utilization in scientific research archives resources,this article constructs a knowledge graph in the field of medical scientific research archives.By using machine learning methods to extract medical knowledge from medical research archives,and integrating various data and knowledge through processes such as data collection and preprocessing,entity recognition and relationship extraction,knowledge fusion and disambiguation,graph optimization and evaluation,hidden correlations between data are revealed.The research results of this article can provide some reference for promoting the open utilization of scientific research archives and assisting in the intelligent management and knowledge service of scientific research archive resources.
