公交通医专线规划设计方法研究——以北京市宣武医院为例

摘　　要：公交通医专线方便社区居民集中就医出行,是多样化定制公交的关键一环。为了精准识别公共汽电车就医出行需求、合理规划公交通医专线,基于公共汽电车出行链数据,提出就医活动识别方法,从就医时间、空间、年龄特征以及线路走向、车站布设、运营模式、配套设施等方面构建公交通医专线规划设计方法体系。以北京市宣武医院为例,分析公共汽电车就医出行需求时间分布、空间分布、年龄构成特征及其变化规律,以数为据制定了广外居民区至宣武医院公交通医专线的规划设计方案,验证了方法的可行性。最后指出,开通公交通医专线需要运营公司与社区、医院、卫健委、交通委、交警支队、城管委等相关单位协同配合,充分发挥各方积极作用,促进公共交通多样化发展。The healthcare shuttle bus facilitate the centralized medical treatment travel of residents and are a crucial part of diversified customized public transportation.To accurately identify medical treatment travel demands by bus/trolleybus and rationally plan the healthcare shuttle bus lines,a medical activity identification method is proposed based on the bus trip chain data.A planning and design method for the healthcare shuttle bus lines is constructed from the aspects of medical treatment time,space,age characteristics,as well as route direction,station layout,operation mode,and supporting facilities.Taking Xuanwu Hospital in Beijing as an example,the time distribution,spatial distribution,age characteristics and their changing patterns of medical treatment travel demands by bus/trolleybus are analyzed.Based on the data,a planning and design scheme for the healthcare shuttle bus lines from Guangwai Residential Area to Xuanwu Hospital is formulated,verifying the feasibility of the method.Finally,the paper emphasizes that the opening of the healthcare shuttle bus requires the cooperation of the operation company and relevant units such as the community,hospital,health commission,transportation commission,traffic police detachment,and urban management commission.The active role of all parties should be fully exerted to promote the diversified development of public transportation.
