摘　　要：近年来,全球经济环境日趋复杂,并且科技创新的速度不断加快,在此背景下,我国国有企业的改革不应仅停留在转变传统的运营模式上,还需通过数字化手段提高企业的运营效率。文章在论述国企改革的背景、主要要求及数字化转型对国企改革发展的影响的基础上,总结了国有企业数字化转型面临的挑战,提出国有企业数字化转型的优化路径,旨在推动国有企业健康发展。In recent years,the global economic environment has become increasingly complex,and the speed of technological innovation has been accelerating.Against this backdrop,the reform of China's state-owned enterprises should not only focus on transforming traditional operating models,but also achieve comprehensive improvement in operational efficiency through digital means.On the basis of discussing the background,main requirements,and impact of digital transformation on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises,the article summarizes the challenges faced by the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises and proposes optimization paths for their digital transformation,aiming to promote the healthy development of state-owned enterprises.
