摘  要:随着企业规模的扩大,管理层级增多,绩效管理变得尤为复杂。文章聚焦于多层级架构企业绩效管理的核心议题,概述了其系统性、全程性的管理特性,并强调了绩效管理对企业战略实施与可持续发展的重要性。文章深入剖析了企业在多方面所面临的挑战,为有效应对这些挑战,提出切实可行的解决策略,旨在为企业提供绩效管理改进路径,以推动企业战略目标顺利实现与可持续发展能力的持续提升。With the expansion of enterprise scale and the increase of management levels,performance management becomes particularly complicated.This paper focuses on the core issues of performance management in multi-hierarchy enterprises,summarizes its systematic and whole-process management characteristics,and emphasizes the importance of performance management to the implementation of enterprise strategy and sustainable development.The article deeply analyzes the challenges faced by enterprises in many aspects.In order to effectively deal with these challenges,the paper puts forward practical solutions,aiming at providing enterprises with feasible performance management improvement paths to overcome challenges,so as to promote the smooth realization of corporate strategic objectives and the continuous improvement of sustainable development capabilities.
