摘　　要：文章聚焦于高校财务管理模式创新,特别是财会创新如何助力高校新质生产力发展。通过理论与实践相结合,深入分析财务生态圈构建、系统优化及数据驱动转型等关键方面,考察预算绩效平台、缴费平台、智能报销系统及数据管理工具。结果表明,财务信息化、智能化与一体化创新能显著提升管理效能。研究为高校财务管理创新提供理论支持与实践指导,助力高校在创新驱动发展战略下实现财务管理跨越式升级,同时为其他领域财务管理改革提供有益启示。This paper focuses on the innovation of financial management models in universities,particularly how financial and accounting innovation contributes to the development of new forms of productivity in universities.Through a combination of theory and practice,it conducts an in-depth analysis of key aspects such as the construction of the financial ecosystem,system optimization,and data-driven transformation,examining budget performance platforms,payment platforms,intelligent reimbursement systems,and data management tools.The results indicate that financial informatization,intelligence,and integrated innovation significantly enhance management efficiency.This research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for financial management innovation in universities,assisting them in achieving a leapfrog upgrade in financial management under the innovation-driven strategy,and offers valuable enlightenments for financial management reforms in other sectors.
