摘　　要：文章立足于企业预算管理全面性、灵活性与战略性等基本原则,全方位审视了当前企业预算管理实践中普遍存在的痛点与瓶颈,经过多维度、深层次的剖析,逐一解锁预算管理创新途径,旨在构建一套可以灵活地适应未来、促进财富持续增长与企业可持续发展的新型预算管理框架,引领企业穿越经济迷雾,稳健前行于时代发展之中。Based on the principles of comprehensiveness,flexibility and strategy of enterprise budget management,this paper examines the pain points and bottlenecks in the current practice of enterprise budget management in an all-round way.Through multi-dimensional and deep-level analysis,one by one unlock the innovative ways of budget management,the purpose of this paper is to construct a new budget management framework that can flexibly adapt to the future,promote the continuous growth of wealth and the sustainable development of enterprises,and lead enterprises through the economic fog,steady forward in the development of The Times.
