摘  要:随着全球经济和社会的快速发展,创新已成为推动事业单位持续发展的核心动力。在当前经济形势和社会需求变化的背景下,传统的管理模式已经不能适应新时期的发展要求,必须通过创新来提升服务质量和效率,而人力资源管理作为事业单位和组织管理中的关键环节,能够为创新文化的建设提供有效支持。文章主要分析了两者之间相辅相成的关系,共同助力事业单位成功发展,以实现更好的运营绩效和可持续增长。With the rapid development of the global economy and society,innovation has become the core driving force to promote the sustainable development of public institutions.Under the background of the current economic situation and the change of social demand,the traditional management mode can not adapt to the development requirements of the new era,human resource management,as a key link in the management of institutions and organizations,can provide effective support for the construction of innovation culture.This paper mainly analyzes the complementary relationship between the human resource management and the construction of innovation culture in public institutions,which help the successful development of public institutions to achieve better operating performance and sustainable growth.
